Melissa D. Goolsarran Ramnauth, Esq. writes articles on West Indian history in an effort to promote the field.
She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List, a Writing Dean’s Fellow, an Articles and Comments Editor on the Inter-American Law Review, and intern in the A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Clinic. She also graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with minors in History and Criminology.
She was a commercial litigator representing large businesses prior to opening her own civil practice law firm.
